Performs according to the publisher's description, and it's free.
Cons
Took a while to work out how to re-order, add and delete pages.
Summary
I am a bit confused as to why some reviewers are so hard on this program. Its main editing feature is being able to add, delete and re-order pages - something I hadn't been able to find in any other free editor. The publisher does not claim it is a 'full-featured' editor. In addition, it works as well as any other creator that utilises the print function. I recommend using it in conjunction with other free PDF editors for those looking for a wide range of editing features. For mine, this is exactly what I needed.
