Tested on 38 PDFs converting to doc, xls, html and jpeg, and created 8 PDFs by directly selecting doc, xls and ppt files. All PDF conversions and creations are perfect.
Cons
Conversion is limited to 3 pages. If PDF has more than 3 pages, trial version converted only 3 pages.
Summary
Had a chance to try OCR to doc. Except few symbols, all text and format very reliable. PDF creation from excel tables is equally good. All items in the table are shown in PDF completely. Compared to other PDF converters with similar features, this is cheaper than others. This is a better tool for converting PDFs to various formats with ease and simplicity.

Unlike another program I tested, this one picked up all the text. Light on light too!
Cons
Image transfer was fair to distorted but as I was trying other PDFs the limitations blocked me out thus the test period will cause them to loose a sale.
Summary
This product may work well but I will never know because I wasn't finished testing the trial version when it locked out. I would pay $30 but not $50 for something which is not clear.
