Version: PDF Converter Professional 4.1
"Good product...Absolutely lousy company"
Pros: It does what it claims
Cons: I had to reinstall several times (legit installs), but they refuse to activate unless I buy another license. If I want to send an email to appeal, they want me to pay $9.95 for the "privilege" An HONEST user forced to use a DISHONEST solution.
Summary: When a customer gets stung by a greedy company they have a few options including: (1) Roll over and accept their punishment! (Not!) (2) Find a similar product from a better company, or (3) find a cracked version which doesn't have their punitive protection!
I wonder if they realize that when a company acts like a bandit, they encourage customers to act like pirates!
