1. Compress but too little.
2. Compress a 500kb to 489kb only. Other software compress 90% of the size.
There's better one out there.
Excellent and easy to use converter. I PdF Jpegs of documents then compress them with this. The first lot I did I kept the original pdfs on an external harddrive and used the compressed lot on my PC to read (as I was worried about loss of quality). However there isn't any loss of quality, just a ten-fold drop in size!
It offers to download a load of extra stuff but you can complete the installation without adding "coupon companion" or anything else (though I must admit when I downloaded this a second time on a different PC I went straight to the website of the software owner, so can't vouch for the link on here).
It's a little crashy but it's free, and is better than other free software I've tried. The reduction in size is amazing, and doesn't affect quality as far as I can tell, which is great as I deal with a lot of handwritten work
There are no positives
When you go to install, this software asks for permission to crash your computers party with all of its lame friends like "coupon companion" and other garbage. Find another option unless you want to add clutter and lame programs to your computer
Does the Job
Haven't found yet
Well only used it once and it did the job, We don't compress files on regular basis or something so not an expert but this software did the job
