    "WHAT THE F***!"

    Purchased from CNET Downloads (Powered by Trial Play) received link to download, but no serial to use the program just an order number.

    Cnet, Trial Play, and the Laplink have all given automatic replies to my inqueries stating I will get a reply "withing 48 hours, and then a secong auto from TrialPlay stating a responce could take up to a few days due to higher than normal e-mail volume!

    Thanks guys, the whole reason for purchasing a program like this is to save time, I can manually do everything before 48hours is up, not to mention the 2 hours I have spent trying to solve this tonight before having no other option than to write a bad review.

    Worked with Laplink Support and they did make things right. Its not reasonable to expect they have 24 hour tech support, but the whole thing was frustrating. The problem I experienced definitely was from Cnet/Trialplay "dealing" the software for Laplink. I never did get to use the software....
