    "Worth every penny"

    Pros

    Does what it says. Good tech support via online text chat. Very prompt refund if you download the wrong version (there are several).
    Only program of its kind.

    Cons

    Danger in bringing over incompatible programs from 32-bit to 64-bit Windows - use care in selecting programs to bring over, as it may be hard to uninstall them.

    Summary

    Got friend's old XP Pro SP3 hard disk's contents ported to a new 64-bit Win 7 machine - the motherboard of the old machine had died. Turned out that the way to do this was with the cheapest version of the program, Image Assistant, mounting the old drive via a USB connection to an external drive case. The tech support agent gave me many helpful pointers, including a link to a program at softpedia that could zap programs that the Control Panel uninstaller couldn't touch - though with his help in picking things to transport I didn't even have to use it.
