    Hello,
    I provide support for PCWin Recovery. I only have a record of three request for assistance during the week you specified. I know that two ppl where assisted and were able to reset their password. I did respond to an email request for pre-sales information from David . ......, after I sent the email I never received a reply. If that was you, then perhaps my email was flagged by your email.
