Version: PCImmunity 1.1.4
"Thanks for helping this lazy person keep my security programs working."
Pros: I have been waiting for a company to develop software which will automatically manage my anti-virus and anti-spyware programs. Despite having Norton and Spy Sweeper, which have been great, I continue to have problems with my computer because I forget to manually update these programs and on a few occasions Norton was turned off by a virus without my knowledge. PCImmunity was easy to install and now I have the confidence that my security programs are always functioning properly ? including turning Norton back on. I am probably both lazy and busy so I never update or run my anti-virus and anti-spyware programs. Since PCImmunity does this for you, this is great for all of us lazy and/or busy people.
Cons: One of my computers is Win 98 yet PCImmunity is not compatible with this operating system, yet given the security problems with Win 98 I can understand why. I guess it?s time to update that other computer. Told you I was lazy.
