"WORTHLESS AND NOT AS ADVERTISED!!!"
Version: PC Updater 2.0
Pros
None! There are absolutely NO redeeming qualities. A complete farce and a total waste of time and money!
Cons
Lists drivers and programs as out-of-date; only to find out later, after having paid $29, that most of the listings are actually up-to-date!
Summary
This program is a complete waste of time and totally worthless. Don't waste your money to see if you can update all of the items the scan tells you are out-of-date. I did... paid through PayPal and upon discovering how worthless the program is and disputing the purchase through PayPal's resolution center, my claim was refused and no refund provided. This was after I'd deleted the PC-Updater from my machine as completely worthless and having contacted the company with that information with a request for refund. They never responded! Now, they have my money and I have no recourse. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS USELESS PROGRAM!!!

"Completely Useless!"
Version: PC Updater 2.0
Pros
Really nothing
Cons
Lists out-dated drivers that are actually up to date
Summary
It told me that 25 drivers are up to date and 23 were not. When you want the app. to update you need to pay 29 USD. However, it provides a list of out-dated drivers. I went and updated manually. Complete BS, besides one so far all drivers are up top date. Guess the product sells better if it alerts you that your machine has multiple issues. App. seems to be complete scam as it wouldn't be able to fix anything and would simple pretend it updated your computer. Do not download!

"Very good program for updating outdated drivers"
Version: PC Updater 2.0
Pros
Find a lot of driver updates, and can download them all with one click, and then install them all with another click (it's backs up each driver before updating it).
Cons
In rare cases drivers need a manual install, and the program gives no instructions on how to do this.
Does not give version or date information for the new drivers found, only shows the version of the currently installed drivers.
Crippled trialSummary
I really like this program as it installs the drivers automatically - most driver updates programs do not do this, and it could not be easier to use.
Finds more driver updates than Driver Checker (which also does installs the drivers automatically).
Program does have a few minor flaws, however these can be excused as it is only a new program, and I'm sure it will improve with future versions.
As of yet does not come with usual false information about how many drivers they have in their database (some driver update programs claim to have millions of drivers in their database - which is not true, they just say it to entice you into buying their program).
Also at the moment this only finds driver updates, and not updates for outdated programs on your computer.
The trial version will scan for driver updates, but you need to buy the program in order to download the updated drivers.
