Version: PC Tools AntiVirus Free Edition 3.1
"Free But Still Isn't Good Enough"
Pros: Good interface and very easy to use.Updates daily and it's free.
Cons: Database isn't very big, infact it's kind of small.Detection is not very good.I compared this progam with other free antivirus and they were able to detect more virus than this.If you want a good free antivirus then use Avast or Avg.

I couldn't agree more with your review. I switched to Avg after comparison with PC Tools. But, it is still sticking to my PC as strong glue even after several attempts to uninstall it. Advice: If not sure, better don't touch it!

Avast is definitely better than pctools antivirus because Avast provides first class protection.Don't buy anything from pctools company because their products don't protect against anything and they rip you off.

WHEN I TRIED PC TOOLS ANTIVIRUS THE PROTECTION WAS CRAP,EVERYTHING WAS CRAP. I REALY RECOMMEND AVAST HOME EDITION IT'S A TOP ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM, GET AVAST HOME EDITION !!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S FREE!!!
