  "Consumers Reports gave failing grade!"

  Cons

  Take a look at Consumer Reports Sept. 2006 edition page 27. PC Tools was rated last (lowest score with a 41/100) among 12 products, including another free antivirus program by Alwil. Does anyone know if this free version has been improved, or is it really worth what you pay for it?

  "too much trouble to bother with"

  Pros

  It did work once on the initial scan.

  Cons

  After PC Tools download, installation, initial scan for viruses (none found,)and restart, the ISP browser returns "Unable To Access Server"---repeatedly, no matter what connection settings, no matter what PC tools antivirus program configuration.

  "Super Cool"

  Pros

  I just finishing installing the new free PC Tools Firewall and found this as well when looking through their other products. What can I say? 2 outstanding product for free, I'm hooked!

  "Very good and best Free!"

  Pros

  I like it, easy to use. Looks like all other PC Tools products which I am very familiar with so it was super easy to get up and running. scans, removes and blocks viruses for Free. Highly recommended!
