Version: PC SMS - Outlook SMS 1.0.0.37
"Works well as described but SMS cost dependant on length"
Pros: As promised, integrates well into outlook automatically collates names and mobile phone numbers from your outlook contacts into a little SMS address book. Interface good and very easy to use. Message reached the mobile it was sent to, 10 seconds after sending and came up as being from me (as I'm in this phone's address book.)(Appears to be) no hidden costs other than the cost of the SMS itself which leads to the con...
Cons: When you select new message a window comes up with a character countdown of 620 chars max. You buy credits from Comunified and use these to send the sms. I live in Australia and 1 credit works out ever so slightly cheaper than the cost of sending an SMS (479 char max) from my own phone. HOWEVER while messages up to 160 chars cost me 1 credit, 161-310 cost me 2, 311-465 chars cost 3 and 466-620 cost 4 credits for the one message. I don't know if this varies between countries and carriers but it sort of cuts down a little on the advantage for me of being able to quickly type a longer message when I can send a 479 char message from my phone for the equivalent of 1 credit. You're paying for the speed I guess.

Dear Stew,
untouched the fact that i do not live in australia, i must say your comment has a "little" flaw. the fact is that ALL international SMS have 160 characters for 1 SMS and everything above will cost you 2,3, etc. SMS depending on your length. Just send ONE long message for a test and then check your phone bill. I promise you, you will be surprised. So your not paying for Speed, you are SAVING AND you are GETTING the COMFORT of your keyboard. ;-)
