Version: PC Pitstop Exterminate 1.0.6.4
"No free trial."
Pros: None.
Cons: PC Pitstop Exterminate will only scan for infections to remove any infections you have to pay $29.99 for this product. It's no good if it only scans and the removal is disabled.

Why downgrade it for being payware vs. freeware? The effectiveness is the important criterion. The fact it is trialware and would detect-only was listed on the download page as a limitation. This is very common in trialware. If it detected significant malware on your system, it indicates that your current antivirus utilties are insufficient, and that you should get off your wallet and buy it. Your can't be a parasite and expect the best in security. Somebody has to pay the programmers!
