Not totally thorough-I found that registry could stil be fixed more effectively with other tools,eg.,ERUNT or ASC.

Pros
It has a nice interface click checkup it scans for computer problems and finds between 55 to 58 problems. All problems can be fixed or specific problems can be fixed. It depends on what problems are selected then click apply selected.
Cons
The undo feature has a memory problem and does not store fixed problems so a lot of the problems that were fixed can not be undone.

It automatically uninstalled after I blocked the mid-install downloadCons
I scanned PC Fixer download for malware and it came up clean, but when it tried to phone home for a component during install, my firewall blocked it. This could be an end run around well-scanned download that could implant malware.
Summary
PC Fixer may be OK...I have no evidence otherwise, but the install process raised suspicions and I already have several PC repair/optimizers like Advanced System care & Glary's Utilities that work great, so I really don't need another.
PC-Fixer is probably OK but I would rather err on the side of caution
