This is a bad product because by design it causes more issues than it fixes.Summary
And then you need to call their so-called tech support experts (who as it turns out know even less than I do), who'll pretend to try and fix the issue. But after 5 minutes after logging into your PC with logmein123.com, they say say you need to contact a Microsoft Certified tech. So I say great give me the number and guess what... yeah you guessed it, they claim to be MS certified and for just $255.00 they will fix your computer. That's when I pulled the plug on these scam artists.

I purchased and downloaded PC Cleaner Pro 2013 only to be directed by the App to call a 1-800 in order to remotely activate the program..... I knew right then I should not have purchased this program but I called the phone number on the slim chance it was not scam. Well I was right they do all this "impressive stuff" remotely and use scare tatics "see all the errors on your P.C. You are so lucky you haven't had the dreded blue screen!" Then of course after you have already paid the $35.00 download fee they tell you that your PC is so damaged it needs an EXPERT to repair it. They suggest you take it in to Best Buy, Office Depot etc and tell you the cost will be about $350.00... But wait thier EXPERTS can remotely repair your PC for only $250.00. When I explained that I was an intelligent woman and did not appreciate the scam they are running the rep said " Lady you called me." Well of course I did because your program instructed me to do so.

Do not do business with this company! They only want more money after your initial purchase.

After running it (i) I can no longer copy any portion from Firefox articles - a left click to select a paragraph would result in the page resizing downwards, (ii) it cleans off my saved logon data from one of my trial forex MT4 platforms requiring me to reinstall the platform to retrieve the data, (iii) it deleted all the update files on my life forex MT4 so that I cannot logon due to the platform being an old version, and (iv) when I asked for my money back I was directed to contact the Call center where I waited for 1 hour without my message being answered.

Just a ripoff.

Might work, but never got a chance to find out. I paid for and downloaded the PC Cleaner standard software and allowed it to scan my comupter. After finding errors, I tried to "Fix All", only to be asked to buy their PC Cleaner Pro to fix errors.
In addition, they are a Canadian company so your credit card company will charge you an additional "foreign currency transaction fee"Summary

Paid for this, will not run and keeps asking me to "purchase" and I have already. Registration number inserted and will not take it..."invalid". Total waste of my money!

Program drops off after 2-3 minutes.
PC Tech advised that my computer must be claned up before this program--advertised to clean up my computer--will run.
Product doesn't work as promised.
PC will not respond to request for refund.Summary
