"A good, reliable and cheap product."

Pros
Able to advice me on the nearest parking lot on my desired location and save my car from being towed for illegal parking as the result while in Petaling Street.
Auto rerouting is fast and does not have to manually refresh as in some older generation GPS.
Ability to estimate my car location in the tunnel based on last speed prior entering tunnel so more or less if I maintain that speed in the tunnel I will be able to follow the correct advice on exit location.
Large and easy to use icon.
When you are keying the road name etc, it will assist you by prompting the next possible letter. Good when you don't really know how to spell the road name.
The 3D map is useful and helps me keep on track.Cons
Iphone battery might use up very fast. Prepare car charger to recharge your battery if you are using it for long journey.
As expected, some GPS routes will take you on a slightly longer route.
Not able to choose preferred route as I have seen on some GPS.
Did try inputting Malaysia Postal Code however it does not seem to be in the database.Summary
Use it regularly.
If you are familiar with other GPS more or less they work in similar method.
Worth the money I spent buying it. It was actually a last minute decision and decide to get a GPS on the night before my road trip to Malaysia. It took a while to figure out your location once it was installed. Once it has figured out your location it will guide you nicely to your destination. Ample voice warning. -

Nice 3D graphics and junction split views assuming you can get it to work!
Cons
It defaults to KL even if you are in Singapore. Don't look for online help cause you won't get any - not even from Papago sales support. I tried. Nobody bothers to reply.
Summary
It had all the makings of a great product except that it defaults the starting point of a journey from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia...even if you are in Singapore. That's like having it default to New York City when you are in London! And for online help on how to set your start/destination -forget it - in-app help does not exist. Don't bother emailing Papago too - cause they don't reply (and I am not the first to try). For USD 29.90 - I just wanna say - I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
