Any program that irresponsibly includes cleaning the Prefetch folder should never be used or recommended because it demonstrates the author has absolutely not idea how the feature works. If he does not understand a feature so well documented what else does he not understand? Windows automatically cleans the prefetch folder at 128 entries back down to the 32 most used items. Cleaning the folder for any other reason is a waste of time and will cripple windows and all your applications load times. Google "XP Myths"
