I am computer illiterate person and outlookimport support just save my life. They guide me trough the eml to pst conversion process and I have successfully completed my Outlook Express to Outlook migration. Moreover their tool can convert emails from another software so my son were able to convert their IncrediMail and TheBat emails to Outlook also. Great software, super tool and wonderful support!
Cons
No cons at all! I tried previously products of PCVARE and BIRDIE software and their tools were unsuccessful and cost me more. Moreover PCVARE denied me to refund my money and don't want to support me anymore.
But Outlook Import Software saved my life!Summary
All I can tell to all of you: try the software prior to buy it!

The bad review is for the "other company"
I tried the other software company that converts incredimail folders to outlook (PV***) and when I received no support and finally was able to contact someone they were inattentive and I could tell they were servicing too many other people to help me. When I finally got their attention, I was told that the product I bought wouldn't do the job. (This after spending 14 hours trying to figure it out) I would have upgraded to the proper version but because they were so unwilling to help me I said I wanted my money back and they dropped me from the support chat.Summary
When was the last time you were "blown away" by customer service and personal attention to excellence? I don't remember ever being so impressed. I had some trouble understanding how this kind of software worked and was so upset having lost my money and wasted so much time on the other site that I decided to write to Outlook Import first to see if they would help me before I spent more money. I got an immediate response and was directed to the "chat" support on their website.
"Katie" immediately understood what I was trying to do and lead me through the process, mostly doing the work herself, which took way more knowledge and technical skill than I would have ever been able to muster. She checked and rechecked and spent hours making sure that all my folders and attachments from my business folders from the last 15 years were converted intact to eml. I felt completely taken care of. After hours of downloading I had to go to bed so she contacted me in the morning to make sure we converted everything in the proper folders and just put some final touches on my Outlook. Seriously, BLOWN AWAY! AND THEN!!!!! She went to the other company and demanded they give me my money back! -

It's so nice to find a program that does what the developer says it will do, and does it reasonably easily with little fuss and bother. It's well worth what I paid for it.

Downloaded and installed absolutely fine and imported my files without fuss or bother.

Help file was a bit sketchy.
Summary
I've tried various more expensive options in the past and not been happy with them. This one worked fine for me and is a great solution for moving email from other mail applications into Outlook. Good software! --Win 7 x64.
