"The best baseball simulator on the market."
Pros: The depth, stats, history development in this game is simply amazing. You can customize the game to what ever kind of baseball universe you are looking for, big or small. The most complete baseball sim you can find. Two thumbs up.
Cons: While the game is pretty easy to pick up and play, to get everything out of its potential may take some time to learn. If you are patient this won't be a problem but if not you may have a problem getting to the point to discover all of OOTP's capabilities and potential which are very robust.

Pros: I graduated from college with a sport management degree (the business side of sports). I love this game because I love to figure out how to get a championship team and still make money for my boss. You have a variety of options from replaying real seasons to creating your own league to using any league in the world. Excellent time.
Cons: I don't like the fact that it takes my free time away :-)

"Deep, Immersive, Highly Addictive, Realistic"
Pros: I used to play Baseball Mogul but I tried this out and haven't looked back since. It is like the Short A season vs. the Big Leagues. Seriously. Baseball Mogul is for preschool Children. OOTB is for baseball lovers.
