"Orion helped us find a rouge AP when our bandwidth usage TRIPPLED!!!"
Version: Orion Netflow Traffic Analyzer 2.2
Pros
We have a 6 Mb connection and we rarely use more than 2 Mb. On morning we came to work and our connection was so very slow. We checked the usage graph from our provider and it showed we had doubled our normal usage for the last week and now were maxing it out. We dowloaded Orion and found out that one of our "Power Users" had brought an wireless AP from home against company policy. The employee and not implemented even the slightest security measure and some one in the neighborhood behind our business was having a field day. Orion helped us track down which department was hogging the bandwdith and a simple search of that office revealed the culprit.

"Gread NTA product, easy to setup, easy to use."
Version: Orion Netflow Traffic Analyzer 2.1
Pros
We are an ISP and use Orion and Orions Netflow Traffic Analyzer (NTA) to monitor our clients network's and routers. NTA provides a quick an easy way for all our help desk staff to identify servers or PC's that are causing network congestion. We also use NTA to identify when a clients internet link should be upgraded, as we can identify what application/protocol is consuming the most bandwidth.
NTA is very easy to configure if you are already using Orion. Its a key part of our network toolkit and can not live without it. We currently have around 50 devices being monitored by NTA. Being a web based application means we can access the interface from any PC within our WAN. The latest version performs very well, the graphs also look neat.

"A great Product. Easy to Install, easy to use."
Version: Orion Netflow Traffic Analyzer 2.1
Pros
We added NTA to our Orion system to replace a very expensive and cumbersome product called Netscout. It was very easy to configure and provides us with much needed information.
