Version: Orbit Downloader 2.7.8
"New versions have gone in the apposite direction!"
Pros: Simple to use!!!
Cons: I use to be able to use this product to download flash videos from VH1, the new versions can NOT do that. Come on, that was the reason why 90% of the people downloaded this program on the first place! Totally disapointed!!!!
Summary: This new version of the Orbit software is like having iPad that does NOT play iTunes. Come on, it totally defeats the purpose of writing this software on the first place. Those first couple versions allowed us to download FLV and that is why most of the people bother to download the software, now it became just another download manager. Where is the progress again??? Huge step backward! If you going to write the program write something that million other people didn?t already accomplish. Why keep reinventing the wheel???? How is this new version of the manager better than all the other being offered by other companies??? I hope they come up with something new and original?in the mean time I will be looking for the old copy of the orbit downloader! Hope that it still works as it use to!!! Ps. I am just another disappointed customer!!!
