From OpusFlow :

OpusFlow CRM for Outlook takes the contact card as the starting point for linking and tracking of all (even remote) related communication. The Outlook contact card you used to know has been extended with a wide range of functionalities. Create and send personalized documents (letters, faxes, e-mails) from the Outlook address card. Track your appointments, tasks and activities in relation to your contacts. Track your letters and mailings. OpusFlow CRM can be used in conjunction with an Exchange server but it works fine without that as well. It is multi-user by design and needs only a network to use it as a groupware collaboration tool.

Version 5.6.65 fixes all known issues up to date and introduces a new feature to simplify the use over a VPN connection.
