Version: Opera 9.1
"Terrific Browser for Mac as well as Windows."
Pros: I used to have Opera as my first browser on my Windows laptop and after switching to a macbook I just had to have it again. Using it confirmed what I basically already knew:
Opera is the best you can get in the browser department. It is quick, has nice options like rss, mail, bittorrent, mouse gestures, password management etc.
I have tried Firefox, Avant, Netscape and of course Safari (plus IE6&7 on Windows), but Opera is way ahead of all the others.
Cons: Opera seems to have compatibility issues with some (1 in 100 probably) sites.
