Version: Opera 9
"Better than Firefox"
Pros: Firefox is great but it is so because you can play with it adding plugins that make it a very interesting experience. My Firefox tells me the local hour and international too. Tells me the weather in my city and some other places too. Helps me load 30 pages I check every morning with just a click... all with the help of plugins.
But when it comes to simply browsing, and doing so fast and safely, Opera beats Firefox and any other browser there is.
Opera 9 has a new feature; the Widgets which I don't pretend to use but may be useful to many others. If I want some other feature in a browser I prefer Firefox, but for pure and smooth browsing... Opera 9 is the best!
Cons: None. Really, none.

Opera also has sessions built-in to load multiple pages easily. File => Sessions
Other ways of opening multiple pages in Opera can be done with the bookmark interface. Bookmarks can be organized into folders, which can be used to open all of those bookmarks at once. What's more, any bookmark can be given a nickname for easy entry into the addressbar. Folders can be given to nicknames too.
Another way of using Opera's bookmark interface is the lightning-fast Quick Find (the instantaneous culling of results makes FF's bookmark search feel very slow). The Quick Find results can be selected with Shift-Click or Ctrl-Click to open multiple pages at once. Opera's Quick Find searches the bookmark description as well as the name and URL. I make it a habit to add tags in the bookmark descriptions to make the searching even more useful. It's great for opening an ad-hoc set of related links.
So in Opera we have 3 built-in ways of quickly opening multiple pages:
Sessions for a saved set of pages and their individual display options (zoom, fit-to-width, images on/off, stylesheets, etc).
Folders of links with nickname support (display options for all pages are taken from the currently active tab).
Quick Find results for ad-hoc searches of related links (and folders of links).
