Performance Upgrade: We have rewritten the Visitor Online and Click-stream pages to enhance performance in terms of overall navigation, aesthetics, speed, accuracy, and stability.
History You can now see back much further through your visitor records, with the ability to drill back through your data as far back as it has been recorded. For example with Visitors Online it was previously only possible to look at the last 20 visitors. Now there is no limit to how far back you can look. The same applies to Page Reports, for example, you can search back through as many Top Pages as you want.
Navigation Stats navigation is different; we have reduced the number of categories from 7 to 5. You will now see Traffic Analysis, Recent Visitors, Top 20, Technical Data, and Links. Although all choices are still available, we have tried to make the categories more intuitive.
By tracking pages, we evaluate the surfing behavior of visitors. Therefore, we have re-arranged the categories with renewed emphasis on evaluating your statistics through visitor stats, as opposed to page stats. In other words, we feel that visitors are more important than pages.
When logged out afer 30 minutes of inactivity, you will automatically be redirected to the default login page.
Tool Tips Advanced tool tips (hovering your mouse and seeing Visitor's Profile) are now available on all pages which display visitor icons. Additionally, we have added the original Search Terms (when available) with which the visitor found your site to visitor details, which can be seen when you hover your mouse over a visitor icon.
Click-stream Click-stream presentation has been re-designed, so that red and green arrows will give you a quick visual idea of how people are coming and going from your site. All these exit & link URLs are hot-links, so that you can re-create a click-stream. We have also added a Visitor Profile table which can be seen above the click-stream reports.
Other - From now on, for clarity, we have re-defined 'Session' as 'Visit'. - Numerous bugs have been fixed. - In addition, you will be able to see if your visitor was referred from a Yahoo, Google, or Daum group directory or email. In other words, you can see if a visitor came, for example, from a Yahoo inbox.
