From OSXtreme:

OpenService will launch highlighted URLs via the OSX Service framework, using mouse/menu or a keyboard shortcut. This includes Applications, local folders, http, https, mailto, file, ftp, and help URLs; and has support for attempting to find/make URLs out of selected text (looks for www..., any http://, email addresses in the selection)

What's new in this version: Localization complete for Services menu name, hotkey, and debug/console messages. English and French locale included. Broader URL support (http, https, mailto, ftp, news, help, file), prepending mailto: to likely email addresses, prevent adding http:// to other URL types.
