In all my experience OpenOffice is easy to work within and great option for those who don't own MS Office suite.
Cons
The one application missing is Outlook but the free download of Thunderbolt is equally as nice to use.
Summary
I share emails with friends and relatives and some include presentations. For those who don't have MS Office, I suggest they download and use OpenOffice. Everyone tells me they like the suite included.
