"Its most definately a fast browser."
Version: Open in Google Chrome 1.0
Pros
It has tabbed browsing like Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Opera.
Cons
It doesn't have the traditional menus like the browsers I mentioned in question #2.
Summary
I test drove this browser the other day. It does have a few advanced settings but I was taken aback a bit because the same company that came out with the new browser did not integrate the typical toolbar synomonis with Internet Explorer and Firefox. With that said there is some customization but no other controls built in. I do think they need to get it out of beta and launch a fully functional browser if they ever think about getting into the browser wars, its brutal. I do appreciate the light memory load, Firefox and I.E caa spike into 250,000 kbs, and also take up a loit of processing power. I currently have 2 gb worth of memory on my board, thats typical to run a lot of applications at once without too much ladency, and have a 3.4 ghz Intel Celeron processor that hums along just fine without burning up the house inside the box I have. Google Chrome is good but it needs some work.
