    "Very poor, "unintuitive" doesn't describe it."

    Pros

    At a minimum, it works. You can add and search your contacts. You can also associate companies with contacts, which is useful.

    Cons

    It is SO difficult to use, unless you want to spend a lot of time figuring things out with a lot of trial and error, because the help is also poor. Obviously, programmers designed this and did not get feedback from actual users.

    Summary

    There are better free options out there that are effective and easy to use, e.g. Zoho's online CRM. Unless you want to make a career figuring out how to use this, save yourself time and headache and move onto something else.
