The Gibson Leak Test was very slow for Online Armor but it did pass but COMODO Firewall did it immediately with no hesitations at all unlike Online Armor which was VERY SLOW !!!
Summary
Get a better firewall one that runs faster and better, like COMODO , there are other firewalls but I have not tested any of them.
I just uninstalled COMODO Firewall so that I could go and test Zone Alarm.......and Zone Alarm passed, Than I uninstalled Zone Alarm and installed Outpost and Outpost did not pass any of the tests. Than I uninstalled Outpost and than I reinstalled COMODO Firewall which is the only one that can block what you want to block and you can even search your files and block what you want non of the others can do this.

Updated on Jul 29, 2011I just reinstalled Online Armor, because after the update from COMODO a lot of my window files froze.
Updated on Aug 2, 2011I just uninstalled Online Armor, and installed COMODO Firewall 4.1 a much better firewall it's even better than the newer COMODO Firewall, I wish the newer ones worked as good as the older version does but they don't.
Updated on Aug 10, 2011Sorry I like Online Armor to much so I retested it and it is the same but you can block what you want to block, so I reinstalled it, because both Zone Alarm and COMODO Firewalls would knock me off of the internet and I have a dial up connection and it takes time to get back on, and I had problems for three days until I found out it was COMODO uninstalled it and put Zone Alarm in had same problem, so I installed Online Armor and the problems stopped. And after a couple of days with Online Armor I have not had any problems at all so I am sticking with Online Armor, and now I gave it five stars* * * * *

nothing other than I wish that it would give more detailed reports so i KNEW it was working... not that i doubt it is.
Summary
This is a very good firewall. And I've tried alot of them. COMODO (which was terrible), PC Tools (which is great) Windows Firewall (also terrible) etc. I would defeinately recommend this. It is the most user friendly firewall there is. Hands down.

As a "newbie" to firewalls I have found Online Armor Free to be very user friendly and does not slow down my surfing. One little hint when you first start using OA Free left click on the tray icon and click on "learning mode" for a week or two so the software can "learn" your computer. If you don't you will get pop-ups galore. Before installing use a good av like avast , MalwareBytes and Super Anti-Spyware to make sure your HDD is "clean". After the learning process it will be "set it and forget it".
I must make one correction. Leave OA Free on learning mode for a day or two...not...one to weeks. As far as the pop-ups go... that proves that OA Free is working to protect your pc.

Summary
I have tested all of the popular firewalls. This and comodo are in a different league to everything else that is on the market. Online armor though is easier to use than comodo, has far less pop-ups and scans your pc on installation so it knows what to trust and what not to trust.(comodo needs more training) The HIPS is unbelievable, it won't let anything through, it's a nightmare for hackers.
