From Axosoft :OnTime is a .NET and SQL-Server based defect tracking (bug tracking) and feature management tool designed to streamline defect and feature tracking. Features include projects and subprojects (parent/child), role-based security, fast search and filter, reporting, and much more. An optional SDK is also available, which allows you to build defect tracking capabilities into your own applications. There is also a Web version available, allowing users to choose either the Windows client or Web client, or both.
