Version: OnBelay 2 build 012
"Good at formatting a problem flash drive"
Pros: Was able to format my flash drive when Windows would not.
Cons: Didn't seem to work too well at file recovery.
Summary: I had a Flash drive which contained a number of corrupted files. I wasn't interested in recovering them; I just wanted to delete them and/or reformat the drive. Windows (XP) would not let me delete the corrupted files, nor would it format the drive or repair it. Within about 10 seconds of starting up OnBelay, I had the drive cleaned up and ready to go. So, that was great. Out of curiosity, I popped in a different Flash drive and checked to see what files OnBelay could recover. It was able to identify a bunch of deleted files, but I couldn't get it to recover any of them. So, that was less great.
