"good software but terrible sales/customer support"
Pros: downloaded and used it for a month and decided to pay w credit card, got the temp user code that works for 1 week but then neither my cc got charged nor a permanent user code sent to me, so now I'm stuck with all my own buttons but cannot use the software,
anybody knows what happens to Pacific Neo-Tek / Omni Remote?

Pros: It lets me keep an eye on my kid's computers without them knowing. It shows the complete desktop and allows me to take control of their computers if need be.
Cons: Nothing really. Just read the directions well.

Summary: Doesn't work over that great of a distance with my Clie, but the features and usability is amazing. Definitely worth the $20 if you need several remotes on you at any given time. read more
