"Easiest diagramming software I've ever used."
Version: OmniGraffle 5.2.1
Pros
Downloaded, installed, and began using it immediately. A common sense IDE layout, an extremely useful tutorial, and dozens of free add-on stencils made me an instant convert.
Cons
Haven't used it long enough to find any, yet.
Summary
I've used Visio for years It pales in comparison with Omnigraffle's ease of use and feature richness. I have since purchased the Pro version. It's that good.

"Beautiful and versatile little program"
Version: OmniGraffle 4.0
Summary
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
I've been using this and the previous version for everything from mind-mapping (brainstorming) to organizing complex flow-charts for estate planning and business deal purposes, to charting my kids' school's org. chart, to creating graphic overlays on top of maps that I need for my business. It seems to do it all, with much less fuss and much greater flexibility than using Powerpoint or, god forbid, other programs meant specifically for photo manipulation.
User interface is really pretty good, especially given what it can do, but like everything, there's a learning curve and the more you want out of the program the more you'll have to put up with a bit of digging around.
My only complaint is that it creates such beautiful charts and graphics that I often get caught up in the aesthetics and spend way too much time just making things look beautiful!

I use it for almost everything: Graphix, concept maps, meeting summaries, to do list. So intuitive, yet so powerful.
