Version: Okoker All Video Converter & Burner Pro 2.3
"A Heaping pile of crap and misleading ad for the software"
Pros: I like nothing about this software. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy this software! You are in for a big disappointment!
Cons: I purchased this because I read good reviews and it said that it would convert and burn for the $34.95. When I convert a file it takes about 12 hours. Then, when I tried to burn it I got an error message saying the DVD burner had to close. I sent a support e-mail and they asked me to download the CD & DVD Burner. Well, it costs an extra $24.95! I was told in the ad that it converted and burned. I had no idea I would have to end up spending $60 in all, which I haven't so far, to get the full capabilities. It said Converter & Burner. I am in the process of trying to fight this or get a refund but I have gotten no reply. I highly recommend buying software with the same capabilities for much less that does what it promises. You will get no help from these ba**ards! I feel I've been taken advantage of and have a pile of AVI files waiting to convert & burn. You can get software for $24.95 or so that does what it promises. Please do that! I just purchased this because I read good user reviews. I don't know what you users did to be happy with this but for 1, 12 hours to convert a file is unacceptable and 2, the burning doesn't work. Avoid this like the plague and boycott this piece of crap company! I can't do anything about my purchase as far as reporting to the BBB since they're in another country so I'm screwed. Don't make the same mistake I did. Please take this warning seriously! This software is crap and they don't need another dime from anyone.

"It may be what you're looking for..."
Pros: It does convert files well.
Cons: A few weeks ago I wrote a bad review about this product. Now I do still feel it is not the best out there by far but, after about 15 e-mails to support and asking for a supervisor for a refund, the CEO e-mailed me. See, I purchased this software under the misleading ad saying it converted any file to DVD. Now I did not know they meant only mpeg1 and not mpeg2 where I could view my movie files on a DVD player. These "DVD" conversions only play on a computer. If you have a free AVI player, like I have, what is the use for this unless you would prefer to store the movies on a DVD instead of your hard drive.
So, it does convert files to different formats. But, unlike the ad says, you have to buy their DVD & CD Burner to burn the files. The CEO did refund my money and apologized for the run-around I got with the support staff. So, if you want true support and have the time to write over and over to get your point across, you will get it. I had to get really angry in some e-mails.
I am writing this because I told the CEO of Okoker I would write a different review once I was refunded since this site is a big advertiser for them. I did tell him though that I couldn't lie to my fellow CNET members. So, if you like the software and it fits your needs, get it. If not, you can find plenty out there that will do what you need and will support a lot better.

"It's used easily and fast for converting and burning all videos."
Pros: A few days before,my friend told me that she bought a video converter&burner which is made in Okoker.So today I bought it.After trial,I find it is good at batch converting and burning all videos to different formats.For example,MPEG, AVI, WMV, DVD, VCD,SVCD and so on.It's great helpful to me.

"It's better than what I expected."
Pros: I'm a Movie fans.I pay attention to quality,and I like to burn to all kinds of formats.My friend recommended me this program.I had a trial for it.I found the conversion quality is very good.It's better than what I expected.
Cons: The style of the useer interface is a little old.I hope to add a little vogue element.

Pros: I want to convert a rm file to a avi file.I had a trial for a lot of conversion programe.But most of them can't convert it. I found that Okoker All Video Converter & Burner Pro can do it, and the speed of convertsion is very fast. My problem is solved! It's done!
