  "Best Offline Browser, can even download streaming media"

  Version: Offline Explorer 3.9 SR2

  Pros

  Neat interface, fast, works with asp and java, can download streaming media. Great to download videos of a website for later viewing, especially if website membership is time-limited

  Cons

  If you encounter some resitant japa or asp pages, you can still use URL Helper to find the right Urls and pluf these into Offline Explorer to finish the job

  Pros

  Very nice program in which you can view online pages offline!

  Basically.

  Cons

  This program seems to use up some memory, however doe not slow down your computer.
