Although it takes some time to figure out, the software does a nice job creating and printing letters. I haven't yet explored all the other features to make a quick review. But, I trust that the software accomplishes what it set out to do which is to be an personal office printer.
Cons
CNET states the software is $15.95 but after my initial 30 day free trial ended I decided to purchase the software and found out the CD software was really $18.95 plus a buck and some change for having it mailed. I guess it was a good investment anyways.

Well, good for beginners, easy to use, especially in making business card. You can choose a few templates only.

Not enough templates and character (letter ) design to choose from.

I have been using this program since September 2000 (where upon I bought the registered program). It was/is the first program I ever used where the labels actually matched up with the label sheets. I've used this program on Canon, Xeox and HP printers, all with no fail printing. I admire it's ease of use, and the final product output. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking for a cheap, inexpensive, yet VERY reliable label printer.
Cons
My only complaint is that it doesn't have a very good address book feature. I wish that I could save addresses directly within the program, rather than trying to import the addresses (which is always such a hassle).
