"logs are unencrypted and unprotected, users can edit!"
Version: Office Cyber Alert 3.45
Pros
easy to set up
Cons
person being monitored can change the logs
anyone on the computer can see everyone's logs
(including passwords and screenshots)
screen shots can't be scaled, can't see the whole screen during playback
"remote" monitoring is done entirely by Windows folder sharing
(if you're not on the same network, you can't monitor)Summary
Really? Monitoring software that stores all logs in plain text without encryption? If your username is STEVE, you can simply search the hard drive for *steve* and you'll see the log folder. Boom. There it is! Delete screen shots, edit the transcripts, replace one transcript with another, no protection whatsoever. HUGE potential for one employee to frame another by doing something against policy, then swapping logs with the victim.

"Still have problems need to be fixed"
Version: Office Cyber Alert 3.22
Pros
Loggs everything needs to monitor, easy to use
Cons
it is hard to do centralized monitoring because the log file location change back to local computer all the time. You have to keep on change the log file location.
Summary
It is good for multi-user on a single computer, hard to use on a network centralized monitoring.

"Works as advertised and works great"
Version: Office Cyber Alert 3.12
Pros
I used it on a small office network (9 PCs). It works very well. Monitor, record and archive data flawlessly. I strongly recommend the centralized and real-time screen-shots presentation. You can see others' screen in real time.
Cons
You do need to go though each PC to set it up although it is easy and quick.
