"Use the original: TrueCrypt"
Version: Odin HDD Encryption 9.8.3
Pros
Use the original & free version: TrueCrypt
Cons
Using a hex editor on 9.8.3 (2 years later...) and a simple ascii search of truecrypt you can find 90+ instances of it..... beyond that the interface has indeed been altered much more since my initial post, different even than the screenshot posted here as of the day of this post (the one that still looks like truecrypt) resulting in a numbed down program that can only do part of what the original can.
Summary
Shame on this 'dev' and even you CNET for not removing this by now, this is a hacked up/half functional ripoff of truecrypt, open OdinHDDEncryption.exe (version 9.8.3|3,740,672 bytes|CRC32 635d0348|MD5 134036316c4f035e921820f4d80df7dd) up with a hex editor and do a quick search yourself. I won't be surprised if they get around to fixing it in future releases but for now the evidence remains in their own file with almost a hundred instances of "truecrypt" remaining in plain text!!
