Version: ObjectDock 1.90 build 536
Pros: It it easy to use and very fast and the short cuts is right there so you don't have to search for anything.
Cons: I don't like that I had to setup outlook express. that just takes up space.

Pros: Can make it almost as same as Apples' dock with more customizable features on top of that.
Cons: It needs to be able to open folders inside the dock. For example when I dragged my Office 2007 folder onto the dock and open it, it opens in a new window. It would be better to open and see all the folders in the dock and select them from there.
