Version: ObjectBar 2.1
"Not worse a trial"
Pros: absolutly none
Cons: After install and starting first is a crash of dxwidget.exe. Demo is to limited so you can't play arround with popups etc. The Interface is old, no vista or win7 features and after a short time your system will hang.
Summary: I know Objectbar since version 1 and i have complained the bugs and the devolpment thousend times. Since then the version number has changed but not the functionality. In fact there is no development done since 4 years now. It seems that it is always uploaded with new version number so that the user thinks it is now worse the money.
Also the functionality remembers to win95.. no Task-livepreview, no browsing of directories with preview function, limited drag and drop support, crashing.. i can't believe it. So if you really are looking for an outstanding software which has ongoing development (1 update with new functionality) then have a look to www.winstep.net and you will get the newest functionality including win7 for your xp or vista.
