"Not bad, too expensive"

- Very good installation routine, easy
- really invisible
- Logs every website and all keystrokes; screenshots in user-defined intervals
- good interface on child computer, different views and quite easy to get an overview or details
- good screenshot qualityCons
- No reports via email (just your password etc. is sent to you)
- Surveillance from parent-computer is rather poor: just 1 screenshot every 15 minutes. this two points sound different in advertisement and were the reason for me to buy. I feel a bit cheated...
- expensive: ca. 55 Euro
- Scrolling with mousewheel does not work on childs computer in overview mode. you have to click the arrow (at the bottom of the scrolling bar) all the time...Summary
Good features, useful, but not yet mature enough to deserve the price. hoping for updates which are promised to be free. especially I would appreciate the same possibilities on parents computer like on childs and also get eamils with detailed information, as was promised...
Uff, there is a mistake in my review: It was not the publisher who promised that much, but the cnet-editor's-review! Sorry for that!

I tried this for a week, then wanted money back as part of the money back guarantee they offer, but got no response even after 6 contacts. The app doesn't work well remote viewing. Doesn't capture each keystroke, only about every other, stay clear
Summary
Poor customer service, does not honor money back guarantee. Be sure if you try it that you use the free trial only, don't buy it then expect to get a refund if you don't like it.
