"This program does not work!"
Version: OE-Mail Recovery 1.7.26.59
Pros
I can not find anything to like about a company that does not offer any support with a useless program. No refund either.
Cons
This program did not work on any level. It was a total waste of money! And they don't give refunds!

"This program is a scam !"
Version: OE-Mail Recovery 1.7.25
Pros
The program is a scam !
Cons
This program was totally worthless. It did not pull up anything and there is no Tech Support. None at all! They refuse to give a refund. So this is the same as throwing money way. It is just a scam.
Summary
This program did not work. There is no help or support. There is no refund.

Cons
No cons at all.

"Does what it says it will do"
Version: OE-Mail Recovery 1.7.24.55
Pros
The trial download verified that the emails were in fact still there and could be retrieved.
Cons
It would not actually save anything unless the paid version was purchased. That however is told upfront.
Summary
The paid version did work as advertised and did restore the emails, so I cannot fault the product as it did exactly what it claimed it could.

"No response to multiple technical support requests!"
Version: OE-Mail Recovery 1.7.21
Pros
Works well if you only need to recover 1 or 2 corrupted dbx files.
Cons
Program provides no way to sort the recovered emails other than drag and drop to OE. Batch function extremely time consuming to set up and doesn't recognize files already chosen for recovery. No responses to emailed requests for technical support.
Summary
If you only want to recover 1 or 2 corrupted dbx files, this program is fine but not worth the money as there are free programs which can be used for that purpose. Batch feature is far too time consuming and doesn't recognize files already placed in the batch Technical support nonexistent.

"It saved over 200 emails with photo attachments for me!"
Version: OE-Mail Recovery 1.7.18
Pros
I installed it on my old Win98 computer. It was able to find and then recover over 200 emails that had photo attachments. These were in a corrupted folder that had important messages dating back to 2005. The trial version confirmed the messages still existed, so I registered the program to begin the recovery steps. It was well worth the price.

"Great Product For Email REcovery"
Version: OE-Mail Recovery 1.7.16
Pros
I have lost all emails in one of my folders in Outlook Express. Because that folder had reached 2GB. Outlook Express can;t read emails in a folder which is larger than 2GB.
I have tried 2 other programs first: Mail Navigator and Dbxtract. Both of them messed my attachments and formats of the email.
Then I've tried OE-Mail Recovery. And It worked great. I've restored all my emails back and the attachments.
Cons
Nothing

Cons
Ordering online instructions are somewhat confusing.
