Version: OCR Image to Ascii Utility 1.1
"This is garbage! It is classified incorrectly, this is not freeware!"
Pros: I can't tell you if this software is good because you can't use it without purchase.
Cons: I'm very suprised that cnet allowed this software to be classified as free. I'd say its possible that the developer was deceptive in their description to downloads.com They do an outstanding job of providing quality malware free software. I use this site almost daily.

"This Is Not Freeware As Advertise!"
Pros: Nothing as they advertise it as free and it not.
Cons: They want you to buy it. OCR Tools, a division of File Innovations, presents a state-of-the-art Optical Character Recognition desktop utility that generates ASCII text from images such as a bitmap or image file.
