"Avoid this Company Find a Competitor"
Pros
Here's the pro - There are none.
Cons
Choose your scenario:
1. Make a payment -then it's declined, or held
2. Declined payment, no follow up 24 hours later, but there is a few days after like 3.
4. They want you to send passport and all sorts of information LOLSummary
The bottom line is this company is choose another option.
I can count on 1 hand the reviews I have written since joining the net in the early BBS days. The bottom line, this company should be avoided. I hate to say it, but to the everyday non tech savy user use SKYPE, they have been sued so many times it hurts too much unless they get it right, been around longer, they are more stable. Yes you pay more, but if actually are provided a service rather than a HEADACHE.
Here's a NYMGO message that follows.
Note: Who in their right mind is going to send this documentation to a company that can't even get their gateway issues straight or respond in a timely manner. What are they operating out of a back alley somewhere? Or do they have fancy offices using VC money while they all go eat lunch and party. Is the NYMGO support team actually in RUSSIA?

The system has automatically declined your transactions due to a high level security system, in order to solve this problem please provide us with the following documents:
A scanned copy of your ID/passport.
A scanned copy of the credit card you are using.(you may hide the card numbers)
A scanned copy of your card statement showing at least one nymgo transaction.
Kindly note that it is a routine procedure only for verification and your document will be treated as highly classified and we guarantee full privacy (also you may hide the credit card number for your convenience)
And after that you will be added on our safe list where you can purchase credit normally without facing and difficulties.
Ps : Your money is under reservation and it will be back in your bank account within 14 to 30 days and it may takes 40 days in some banks.

This is makram from Nymgo Support,you are absolutely right especially about the HEADACHE...but please give us one more chance to explain to you and try to solve the problem you faced once and for all, because we at the support team are making a huge effort to work and solve all the problems that our customers encounter while using any of our services and once we read such post we like to have the opportunity to interfere and straight things up, if you can provide us with your Nymgo user name and we will contact you and will discuss this matter verbally and we will arrange to fix this problem and do the necessary to avoid such thing in the future,especially that we have made lots of improvements on our payment gateways which will prevent such thing to happen to any of our customers.
