  "Voice quality is excellent but customer service is"

  Pros

  Nymgo does offer excellent voice quality and they have a "always on" network which means I never had any difficulty getting connected to any of my call. And does offer one of the most cheapest calling rates.

  Cons

  Now the cons are, Nymgo doesn't gives you instant credit after the payment. The payment is verified manually which can take upto 10 minutes to 6 hours (trust me sometimes it took me even a whole day) but it will all depends when you do the payment.

  Summary

  If you make a payment during the office hours in UK then you might get a quick verification of your payment and get the credit. But I feel this is a very stupid way of doing business. Because Nymgo is used from various parts of the world where it will impossible to buy credit within UK office hours, now if a person needs to make an emergency calls he can't because of the manual verification method. It is just soooo inconvenient. It can drive you crazy.
  
  And nymgo does occasional decline payment and in reply they want id proof which can be hectic sometime. They make a big fuss about it. They takes agess to verify the id. And from my personal experience I I have suffered enough and decided not to use Nymgo anymore.
