"Won't Even Give Me Service!!"

I was unable to even open an account. They wanted me to send them a "high color scan" of my passport or ID, my credit card and a bank statement showing a Nymgo transaction.
Summary
Obviously I could not send them a bank statement showing a transaction that never happened!
Seems like a big scam to me
Finally they told me to pay through moneybookers, so I sent them another $5, and they refused that too! Same story about a passport, credit card and bank statements.
Terrible company to deal with and they still have NOT refunded any of the money I gave them.
Don't get sucked in by rates that are too cheap to be real! A big scam that CNET should not be supporting! -

Summary
1.) I am complaining about the 20USD purchase under the "laddyvirk" user account which i already got charged but did not add to my account because you said my card was declined. My credit card provider told me i got charged.
2.) Another one is my 10USD purchase under the "jagjeetsingh" user account, you also said my card was declined but my credit card provider says i am already charged.
I called your call center agent and a woman on the other line kept on repeating "please send e-mail to nymgo".
She can't even explain what has happen to my purchases or it's current status. You may be having problem with your agents understanding what we are saying.
People, i am asking for good customer service here and refund of my money if your system can't deliver the 30USD on my account. -
"Almost similar to skype Was just trying them out"

The rate is very cheap when compared to skype Eg: India $ 0.106 for Skype
and India Other - $ 0.023 in Nymgo. Taken on 22/08/2009Cons
Some of the features were missing, no caller ID
Summary
Overall, if you are using Skype just compare the price with Nymgo, it gives less than half price and it gives refund of first 2 minutes if you are not satisfied with the call quality, but I found similar call quality as other VOIP providers

The rate is really cheap compared to other VOIP services available for calling India.
Cons
Many times voice is broken. The most annoying part is the saved contacts get deleted automatically one by one after few days of use. I contacted the customer service many times but of no use, in fact I did not get any reply from them regarding this.
Summary
If someone needs a real cheap calling VOIP service to India, Nymgo is good but never save your contacts in the contact list as that would be deleted automatically within few days due to Nymgo's inefficient software.
