"Almost similar to skype Was just trying them out"
Pros: The rate is very cheap when compared to skype Eg: India $ 0.106 for Skype
and India Other - $ 0.023 in Nymgo. Taken on 22/08/2009Cons: Some of the features were missing, no caller ID
Summary: Overall, if you are using Skype just compare the price with Nymgo, it gives less than half price and it gives refund of first 2 minutes if you are not satisfied with the call quality, but I found similar call quality as other VOIP providers

"cheap rate, very very poor and useless customer service"
Pros: The rate is really cheap compared to other VOIP services available for calling India.
Cons: Many times voice is broken. The most annoying part is the saved contacts get deleted automatically one by one after few days of use. I contacted the customer service many times but of no use, in fact I did not get any reply from them regarding this.
Summary: If someone needs a real cheap calling VOIP service to India, Nymgo is good but never save your contacts in the contact list as that would be deleted automatically within few days due to Nymgo's inefficient software.
