It has a great interface, is simple to understand and easy to use. I especially like the publish feature which allows you to promote your changes to your web site with the click of your mouse.

For novices, this is a neat little editor to get you started. For experienced developers, it can be useful to create quick and dirty WYSIWYG web pages and generate html code.
Cons
* The source code formatting could be better. I don't like the way it line breaks after 30 or so characters. When you right click on a page, the page property sheet should appear. It would be useful if meta descriptions could be entered in the page property sheet. The ruler could be more descriptive. Layouts in pixel, em, etc. would be nice

Best free wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) web editor. Very user friendly. Almost no html knowledge required.
Cons
Templates need to be reworked.
