Version: Numara Track-It 9.0
"Annoyingly slow but does the job."
Pros: Automatically creates tasks via email (help@your.org) which can be assigned via rules to different users.
Cons: Horribly slow. It can take minutes to open a work order, launch or just log in.
Summary: It's an exercise in patience and not worth the wait. It takes so long to launch, log in, and add a new item that its a wast of time. Every time I start a new task, I have to wait for the software to catch up.
Not worth the wait.
